Growing up is not an easy thing to do. Everyday is a challenge. Whether it is school work, extracurricular activities, friends, or family, there is always something going on. Add to that the pressures that society puts on us to look a certain way and to fit in with the newest style and you have one mess of a time. I can tell you from experience that some days I wish I lived in a different society without these pressures but I don't and it saddens me. Here's how I see it: we as a society need to embrace our true beauty and celebrate who we are. I can write for hours on the way the media has effected people's images of themselves or about how a little girl watching her mother put on her makeup in the morning has an affect on her, but I won't. Here is what I propose: Everyone steps back for a day and goes al naturale. Let your hair hang loose for a day and skip the morning makeup routine. Actions speak louder than words. And a mass actions shouts even louder. So join me, I promise it won't be that hard
